Today, it wasn’t just the grass that was greener.

The asphalt was blacker, the sand was goldener, the rocks were grayer, the bricks were redder, the cobblestone was stonier (or some would argue, cobbler), the water was warmer, the slush was slushier, the carpet was fluffier, the ice was thicker, the snow was powderer, the bridge was sturdier, the trail was wilder, the tile was shinier, the hardwood was harder, the AstroTurf was naturaler and not that I could speak from experience, but it’s pretty safe to say that the space was gravitier.

The moral of this post? I didn’t win the lottery today.
